The Staccato P DPO is slightly larger than an M&P but smaller than other 1911 pistols. It has a Dawson toolless guide rod with 13lb recoil springs. Went and shot a Staccato XC in 9 last night at a local range. Been looking into a Staccato for another carry piece, but been torn between the C2, P, and XC model for IWB carry. I carry my Glock 19x with an RMR at the 1/1:30 position, not quite AIWB, but not 3 o’clock strong side. There were late 2019 model Staccato P’s that came with the Gen 2 grips. I have a Staccato C dpo with the Dawson optic plate for the RMRCC. I need to swap the front carry sized sight for a proper co witness. My Staccato P dpo came with tactical front sights and my trijicon RMR co witness was right on with the Dawson optic plate. Hopefully my experience so far with the Staccato dpo options help.

Hello, Ive been wanting a staccato for a long time. The only reason ive held off is I prefer to only invest in glocks since its the only gun im allowed for duty use (leo). Had to lightly file the edges of the grip where it kind of sits recessed in the frame.
