Most of the links I find end up leading to Nexus mod pages which have been taken down. I'm assuming since I can't find a standalone fix for this that there must be a package that includes it but even the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch changelog doesn't seem to have it despite having other modifications to the Bound Dagger.
